Hi,
Such itching can be due to fungal infection or allergic dermatitis due to sweating and friction between thighs. Local examination by a skin specialist followed by microscopic exam of skin scapings would clear the picture.
This can be followed by specific medication for the problem. To avoid sweating and friction between thighs by reducing bulky thighs with regular exercises, using loose fitting hosiery undergarments, changing them two three times a day sprinkling anti fungal powder after bath (at least twice a day) is self care to be started instantly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
