How To Treat Itching, Dryness And Burning On Testicles?
I have itching and burning of the skin on my testicles with some dryness and peeling of skin . at worst times there is skin breakage and oozing. sometimes there are particular tiny areas where it almost feels like a splinter , sharp stinging pain. antifungal cream has not been much help.

It seems that there might behaving some skin infection like dermatitis or fungal infection.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Apply triple cream instead anti-fungal cream.
Avoid more perspiration.
Wear cotton inner wears rather than synthetic as cotton inner wears absorbs perspiration.
Ok and take care.
