i have extremely itchy rash like thing on my inner thighs, they even hurt & are flaky and i cant even wear panties. i take good care of my privates, keep my self hygienic but still such kind of a problem has occurred. please help, i am really worried.

Start taking a steroid containing antifungal ointment. Also, start antifungal course. Do a sugar test.
