General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Having high ASO titre is indicating strep infection most probably from strep angina. Pain in joints is also caused by strep.

The itchy rash is due to possible atopic eczema. Keep the skin well moistened and apply anti -itch cream.

Should treat strep infection adequately with penicillins. Keep regular follow up with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
