Pain in the left testicle and lower abdomen on the same side indicates the following: Either there is a testicular problem like repeated torsion or inflammation of any sort or abdominal problem like severe colitis, cancer or so causing secondary testicular pain. Constipation can be explained by this. I would advise you the following: • Consult a general surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination, and investigations of CT scan of the abdomen and scrotum, colonoscopy and tests of blood, urine, and stool. This will give the most probable diagnosis and help for the plan of management. • Till then take a laxative or have enema to relieve constipation, scrotal support for testicular pain, avoid any activities that increase the pains.
