How To Treat Left Testicular And Lower Abdominal Pain?
hi I am 23 yrs old I have been I have been experiencing slight paing in my left testicle and lower abdomen sometimes it pains slightly in the lower back left side simultaneously, went to the doctor he gave me medicines(homeopathic) and its been a week or so now the slight pain has gone sometimes it used to shift from left to right. But now I feel that the left testicle hangs horizontal and the right one vertical. I am extremely scared, please give me your feed back on this. Thanks a lot.
Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Lt Testicle and pain in lower abdomen on left side .
This could be most likely to be due to Varicocele .
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following test done to confirm the diagnosis, 1) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum 2) Colour Doppler study of scrotum.
Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
You may take pain killers like Diclofenac twice daily .
