How To Treat Lightheadedness Along With Numbness In Hands And Legs?

I have been lightheaded for week and hands and legs going numb I keepgng to er andthey d a ekg and sa its normal but my heart still racing nd im still dizzy I feel like cryng cause I know my body and know something wrong but they not looking just doing basic test what do I do

Hi,

I would suggest to get CBC especially hemoglobin percentage. If hemoglobin is normal and still you get breathless after exertion should go for stress test to exclude any heart problem. Psychological stress / anxiety or tension cause it if both above tests are normal. In that case, you need to consult a neuro-physician for specific medication or counselling.
