How To Treat Limited Mobility Post Rotator Cuff Surgery?

Had rotator cuff surgery 7 weeks ago and while in shower and going to put shampoo in my hand, the palm of my hand in the arm I had surgery on has brown stain like marks in areas across palm/ Very strange looking- any causes. Do still have lots of swelling and limited mobility in shoulder.
