Hello and welcome to HCM,
Absence of periods for four and half years and now prolonged periods for 15 days is abnormal and the condition is referred to as abnormal uterine bleeding.
The abnormal uterine bleeding may be due to hormonal disturbance in body
Thus, hormonal assessment may be required to determine the cause of irregular bleeding.
Besides sex hormones, thyroid hormones also have a profound effect on menstrual cycles.
Menstrual disturbance can further lead to difficulty in conception in future.
Thus, investigations to find the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding are required so as to correct the disturbance.
Tiredness may be due to accompanying anemia due to continuous blood loss.

Thanks and take care
