How To Treat Loose Motion And Vomiting?

My son is having loose bowel movement with on and off fever since last night and now he is also vomiting. He feels dizzy and a bit weak. No stomach or abdominal pain. He had urinalysis and result is within normal reference interval but i noticed protein is 30 mg/dl (1+) - is this normal? He also had CBC and result is WBC 12,720 mm3 (4800-10800 normal range), LYMPHOCYTES is 11% (19-48 normal range), STABS is 13% (2-6 normal range). The rest of the CBC count is within normal range. He had fecalysis and result is PUS CELLS 4-8 hpf, RBC 0-1 hpf and no parasites seen. Based on these data, what is the sickness of my son? Thank you

Hi
He likely has a viral gastroenteritis that should pass in a few days
That said, he needs to take in plenty of electrolyte-rich fluids like juices and GatorAde since it sounds like he's getting dehydrated
