Hello and welcome to HCM, The low blood pressure and low heart rate are probably not due to pneumonia. A history of insertion of pace maker suggests that you are suffering from arrhythmia. Arrhythmia is a disorder of cardiac rate and rhythm. Thus, the low heart rate with low blood pressure is due to the underlying disease. You need to consult your cardiologist to assess the working of your pace- maker. The heart rhythm should be corrected by insertion of pace maker. If there is difficulty in maintaining cardiac rhythm, then probably there is some issue with the cardiac pace maker. The blood pressure is associated with heart rhythm and thus correction of heart rhythm will correct the blood pressure also.
