hello,
i can understand your concern.kindly share the values of sodium and other electrolytes. i would like to know the reason for your hospital administration which would help in clinching the diagnosis. this would aid in the management because simple replenishment with sodium chloride might not be helpful in all the cause.
i would like to know if you have been using any diuretics like frusemide etc and any history of hypothyroidsm which leads to hyponatremia.
if you have suffered with a bout of loose motions or vomitings, simple administration of nacl would be sufficient. hope you are satisfied with the response. do get back to me with the questions asked. thanks for choosing HCM
