General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pain in the lower stomach is probably related to the presence of the cyst. I recommend to do a pelvic ultrasound for further evaluation. If the cyst is still present, your wife should continue the treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
