I have a lump on the right side of my neck that aches off and on throughout the day, I have hoshimotos disease and right now my body is in hyperthyroidism. I saw my endocrinologist on Tuesday for my normal checkup and when I told her I was feeling exhausted and have a lump on my neck she had me get checked for mono which came back negative. I have sinus congestion and headaches right now and not sure if that is causing my neck to ache wear the small lump is. When I hit pain or discomfort in the neck on the symptoms checker it said to go to the ER. Not sure if I need to go or if it is all just part of my annoying thyroid issues that I have. Currently I have horrible hot flashes as well but I know that is because I am in the hyperthyroidism phase right now.
