Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms the lump on the right side of jaw is REACTIONARY LYMPHADINITIS and it is due to infection causing flu and ear infection.
At times the infection from a certain part of body reaches the regional lymph nodes and causes inflammation of the lymph nodes leading to swelling of the nodes and tenderness..

Nothing to worry, the lymph nodes will gradually regress in size and the lymph nodes generally takes a comparatively longer time to reduce in size but will definitely reduce..

A short course of antibiotics like Augmentin can be taken for 5 days.
You can do warm compresses over the swollen nodes for faster resolution..

In case if the lymph nodes does not shows signs of regression in 2 weeks time consult an ENT surgeon and get a biopsy of lymph nodes done..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
