How To Treat Lump On The Top Of Foot?

hi i have a painless lump with bruise on the top of my foot, it has been there for about 4yrs, a few times it has caused a burning sensation then the bruise spreads across the whole top of my foot & toes, im getting a bit worried about it now as my node on the top of my thigh on the same leg i have the lump on my foot :(

I really appreciate your concern, such chronic lesion need to be brought to investigation and best test would be imaging study and biopsy although this does not seems to be any thing danger but it should never be under estimated, chances of some benign cyst is likely, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
