How To Treat Lumps Near Right Hip Bone?

Lumps just found
I am a 19 year old girl and about an hour ago I discovered three small lumps, one bigger than the other two, beneath my right hip bone, close to where my groin area and leg first meet. The biggest one is roughly the size of a dime. They do not bother me unless I touch or put pressure on them, in which case they hurt. Should I be worried?
