How To Treat Melanoma In Right Toe Causing Pain And Tingling Sensations?

Hello, I m 49 years old and recently was diagnosed with melanoma in situ in my right big toe. My surgery was February 3rd to remove my toe, and I m still experiencing swelling, sharp pains and tingling sensations. I m still unable to put a shoe on or apply pressure, and my other toes don t reach the ground. When I try to apply some pressure, it feels very tight. I elevate my foot, but it still swells up after I m sitting upward for a period of time. My concern is will my feet eventually touch the ground and how long will the recovery period be.
