Hi Doctors! A few weeks ago I had a nasty head cold from roughly 2 weeks. It went away but after a few days I started getting terrible migraines - from what I believe is sinus pressure. My head hurts at the base of my skull, and then along each side of my nose (each day can be a different side). It hurts to keep my eyes open and when I push on the sides of my nose, I can feel the pressure. I can breathe just fine - no stuffiness at all - but I can hear my nasal passages crackling and moving. I swear it feels like worms in my brain (though I obviously don t think that s the case or I d be rushing to my nearest hospital. Yuck!) And ideas on ways to help? It gets worse as the day progresses, goes away after sleeping, and also feels more pressure and hurts most if I bend over (i.e. to pick up my toddler). We re going on almost a week now of daily headaches. Help?
