Hello there ,
It is usual not to have typical symptoms of TB, but you need to closely monitor now your blood reports and any other new symptoms that may arise.

Definitely , home care remedies should be of advantage and you should start it already. They actually do work by enhancing your immune system and thus can give you protection from infection.

Moreover, you need to go for chest x ray as soon as possible.

Regarding , montex test you did , it can happen it might have turned falsely positive. And so we need to do x ray and get the definite diagnosis if anything.

Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks.
