How To Treat Mild Enlarged Liver?

Hi , I had a ultrasound done and it said , I had a Mildly enlarged liver measuring 20.6 and also a smalll 7 mm hyperechoic shadowing focus in the inferior pole of the right kidney, the right kidney measures 10.2 x 4.3 x3.8 cm left kidney measures 10.6 x 6.3 x 4.1cm. What type of treatment do I need.

You should immediately stop addictions if any including Caffeine or tea. You can take juice & soups. You can take ursodiol, interferon or other liver tonic under your treating doctor. You may also require to take antivirals & medications depending upon your symptoms. Take diet low in fat, avoid oily-spicy food. Take plenty of water, eat boiled food. Avoid sex. Take care.
