General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fluid in the pouch of douglas indicates you are having PID (pelvic inflammatory disease).
Treatment requires anti-biotics and antiinflammatory drugs like ibuprofen in certain cases.
You can go for a swab culture sensitivity and have the antibiotics accordingly.
An anti-fungal vaginal tampoon would also be helpful.

Maintain proper hygiene,
Taking your husband to your physician for an examination might also prove beneficial,he may also require a course of antibiotics.

As soon as your infection is treated and everything returns to normal, you can concieve with proper family planning.

Take care
