How To Treat Morphology And Low Motility?

me and my husband have been trying to get pregnant for 18 months now and our fertility tests have concluded that I am ovulating, my fallopian tubes and uterus are also normal. However, my husband has a very high sperm count but not great motility and morphology. Our consultant reports that she is hopeful for us but I am beginning to thing that we will never be able to conceive naturally. He has been having wellman conception vitamins which the doctor recommended he have (a good multi-vitamin) but I am still not pregnant! Any thoughts please?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

If conception is not acheived by the natural process, then you could request your doctor to go about a process by which your husband will be asked to provide a semen sample, and the most healthy sperm will be selected and used for the process of impregnation with an egg collected from you. This helps to rule out problems like poor motility and so on, the gamete formed will be implanted into your uterus for further growth and natural development.
