hello i am suffering from very strong hot and cold flushes, dizzyness, lack of appetite, extremely tired, i´m in spain at the moment and have had alot of sun the day before yesterday i have been drinking plenty of water but my symptons are not shifting

I really appreciate your concern but you have not mentioned your age and gender here this was very important, if you are female and above the age of 50 years then the chances of menopause would be likely, without the basic information how could you ask the question, use your common sense your are asking to doctor and our main concern is to whom we suppose to answer male or female, bye
