I have mycosis fungoides. I had narrow band for about 2 years. That has been about 6 years ago or more. Now I m getting red spots that look like bites on upper inner tights and under belly. how to treat that? I have an appt at the University of Michigan tues but an a little anxious about it. I use clobetasol propionate o.o5% , it goes away and comes back. I ve used the cream for 4 months now as it s a 3 1/2 hr drive to the university. Wondering what the treatment will be and why I ve never had any labs done etc etc.

Apply Hydrocortisone + Clotrimazole cream daily 3 times after washing and drying the area. Take Claritin per oral twice daily for 7days. It seems to be jock itch. You have to apply cream continuously for 3weeks.
