How To Treat Nausea And Burning Sensation In Stomach?

Thank you for your time. I have a burning sensation that is moving up and down my body from my diaphragm to my stomach. It may be the gut area? It is unfomfortable and makes me feel quite nauseas. It seems that I get some relief from eating small amounts of food but when I forget to eat, I have noticed that the pain increases. I ve had this sensation for approximately a week. It s disconserting for me as I m generally quite fit, have regular medical checks and have been blessed with good health. I m female and 65 years of age. Hope this helps.
