Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter who is 26 years old, and is otherwise healthy, has been experiencing bouts of nausea and vomiting, which seems to appear in a cyclical fashion about every couple of months. She is unable to keep anything down currently, and is trying to ride it out. ?
I would suggest that you get her Ultrasound and Endoscopy done. She might be having gastritis. Avoid giving her spicy and oily foods. An antacid like Omeprazole along with Domperidone can be given for relief.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. R. A. Singh, Emergency Medicine Specialist
