Hi, I am nearsighted I went today and had an eye exam and they too said I was nearsighted. They did my exam and fitted me for contacts. I tried on 2 different sets of contacts and both sets made everything very blurry, they put me on a machine where you look at a ballon and it said the contacts were making me farsighted. Why was this happening? Were they giving me the wrong prescription? Or am I just unable to get contacts? I do have a slight astigmatism, all I got from them was we will have to call you in a few days after we talk to other doctors in our office. Not the response I was expecting at all.
proper refraction and specs or contact lens is the only answer. if theereis problem then take specs, and when you are comfortable then go for contact lens before that you should consult eye doctor.
