General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Neck pain or shoulder pain radiating to upper limbs does raise doubt for cervical spondylosis, but needs elaborate evaluation and diagnosis.

I would also recommend a check on your serum uric acid levels along with RA factor and other blood parameters. Why do you suspected psoriatic arthritis? Do you have a history of psoriatic rashes? If so, please get an MRI of your neck and x-ray of the affected foot.

Best wishes.
