Hello. greetings! Thanks for posting your query. You seem to be having chronic neck pain for a long period of time. This maybe a case of fibromyalgia, a situation which affects the muscles and joints. Alternatively, you maybe suffering from cervical spondyloses which is due to age related wear and tear. Physiotherapy can be helpful to you. Over the counter analgesic tablets and gel may help. Also, anti inflammatory drugs may help. Please consult an orthopaedician so that he can investigate further and treat accordingly.
