How To Treat Nerve Pull On Shoulder,thigh And Knee?
hello sir iam ghouse working as asst porf in a reputed col. My problem is iam feeling nerval pulling on my left shoulder and as well as my thigh and knee areas also and iam unable to freely move my left hand and iam unable to walk properly also since from one year .so ,please kindly suggest some solution to my problem.

From history it seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your knee, spines and shoulder joints giving this problem.
There might be having osteoporosis in the bones.
Go for xray of joints and spines.
Afterwards go for physiotherapy and short way diathermy.
Take calcium. vitamin A and D supplements.
Avoid sedentary life.
Ok and take care.
