How To Treat Oily Skin And Acne All Over The Face?

I took methylprednisolone and a week later I have acne all over my face and my skin is very oily. I am 35 years old and barely have acne when I was a teenager. It s been 2 months since I stop taking methlpredinisolone and I still have acne. It got so bad that I need to wash my face to get rid of the oil. Help.

1. Wash the face 4-5 times daily with Dettol soap and keep it dry.Johnson's baby soap is verky good for oily skin.
2. Shampoo the scalp twice a week and do not apply oil to the scalp.
3. Avoid puncturing the acne.
4. Avoid oily food and excess sweet.
5. Consult a Dermatologist for expert opinion and examination
6. Erythromycin and/or Doxycycline is drug of choice.
