My son is 29 and works long hours as a cook in a restraints. He says his urine is turning very dark almost to Orange. He has no medical insurance. Is not wanting to go be checked because of this. What can he do. He is a smoker and drinks. Has cut back some on the drinking and is trying to drink more water and Gatorade. He is scared. How can I help him.
