How To Treat Osteoarthritis In A Person Dealing With Depression?

First, I am under stress from marital problems (not abusive) after 40 yrs. which also suffer from depression. Noticed in the past 4-5 months, my once strong nails that grew quickly, aren t growing much at all, and are splitting at top. Hair not as manageble as before. I do color it. 64 yrs old...do have osteoarthritis as well as spondy...and facet arthriris. But basically at 5 5 shrunk 2 inches, i weigh 115...low for me, and keep myself active as I can or want to.!! What do you think?
