General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a yeast infection. I suggest to use an anti fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also suggest using Fluconazole 150 mg once daily for three days. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton underwear.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
