How To Treat Pain And Itching Around Nipple?

I had itchiness around left nipple drove me mad. Saw GP gave me canes ten. No change. No nipple inversion or lump detected. Now I have pricking pain in the same area after removing my bra. All the time breast is supported no pain. I still can t feel any lumps. What shall I do.

Hi,

It could be dermatitis or eczema of the area. Please use an oil based lubricant so as to keep the area moist. You can use ointment containing pheniramine maleate or any other antihistamine containing ointment. You can also try using Betnovate skin ointment for a short period to get rid of the problem.
