Hiya, i went ice skatting today and i feel on to my right knee with all presure. I came off the ice immediatley as it really hurt and i was limping. I got home and had a look at it and it had peculiar pink dash lines around it and had teo bruises opposite eacher other. Its 6 hours later now and it just feels worse. I occasionally get a shot of pain that goes through my knee. There isnt major swelling but i can see that a bruise is going to come through. Im not sure whether to have an xray to see if there is any further damage.
