Thanks for your query on Healthcare Magic

I am Dr Kingson would like to answer your questions

Your concerns are about pain and swelling of feet and ankles.

There are several reasons for pain and swelling

Unilateral swelling is due to Trauma or Cellulitis of particular limb

Bilateral swelling is due to improper functionality of heart and due to atherosclerosis of vessels

Another reason for painful swelling of feet is due to improper pumping of blood from lower limb to heart as varicose veins.

I advise you to Elevate limbs while in rest above heart level to drain swelling.
Nsaids will help you ease discomfort.

Hope this answer helps you.
