How To Treat Pain And Swelling In Hand?
I was in the military and worked with heating and air conditioning. (HVAC) I had to lift heavy machinery and worked with a lot of tools. I started having problems with my hands and was told I a bilateral hand condition. Now I can hardly use my hand without a lot of pain and it swells all the time. What do you think caused this problem and what can I do to help me with this problem now.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not clearly mention what type of problem are there in both hand is it muscular one or neurological one or both, have gone through some test to reach the right diagnosis, if not then better to get this done, till then you can try, Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
