Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. The reasons for the pain of gastric irritation may be due to the peptic ulcer, irritant foods, gallstones, pancreatitis,H pylori infection etc. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrasound etc. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, antacid gel for few days, and then omeprazole10mg in empty stomach for a longer period. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
