How To Treat Pain In Knee And Shin Of Left Leg Caused After A Injury?

During our recent storm in January, I fell on my left knee. It was a little sore for a few days but nothing after that. However, my Mother isn t able to clean any longer and the other day I knelt on the floor to wipe it down and my left leg has a pain in the shin area up to the front of my thigh. I noticed last nigh that my knee is slightly swollen.

Get an x ray of the affected knee and leg and meet orthopedic surgeon for it. use painkillers and acoid any vigorous activity.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
