How To Treat Pain In Left Abdomen And Lower Back During Pregnancy?

Hi I have severe pain in the top left of my stomach it is constant but sometimes gets more intense I have shortness of breath and swelling of feet and ankles I am 35 weeks pregnant and also have border line polyhydramos what should I do I also hav constant lower back pain

Your symptoms are quite normal, due to the growing baby. I recommend checking blood protein and albumin levels, blood electrolytes and a urine analysis for proteinuria, considering the leg swelling. Regarding the lower back pain, you can wear a support for pregnant women and use a special pillow between your legs when sleeping.
