How To Treat Pain In Lower And Middle Back With Numbness And Pressure?

I always have pain in my lower and middle back. It's almost like its numb with a bunch of pressure and extreme pain. The only kind of relief I can get is when I crack my back, every time I do it sounds absolutely terrible but gives a short release from the pain. What could be going on?

Pain in back need to get examination done and MRI or CT of back may required to check for disc or vertebral problems.

Try to maintain erect posture while sitting. Do regular exercise.
