How To Treat Pain In Lower Back And Burning Sensation In Vaginal Lips?
I have been told by my doctor that I was very dehydrated and I was to drink a large amount of water. That I have been doing every day. I notice my urine is quite orange in color and I have a burning sensation on my vagina lips. Also, my lower back is so painful, like a tn of bricks is pressing on it.

You seem to be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease. You can visit your GP who will advise you certain tests. Pelvic inflammatory disease presents with such symptoms.
