How To Treat Pain In Lower Chest And Back Spasms Inspite Of Taking Ibuprofen?

I recently developed pain along the right side of my spine at the lower rib cage level. I now have aggravating pain on the right side of my neck, right anterior shoulder (easy to palpate) and what feels like a sprained thumb on my right hand. A few days ago I had severe back spasms as I climbed stairs leaving work. While driving I also feel the back spasms as I make a sharp right hand turn. I m taking considerably more Ibuprofen recently to try and minimalize the discomfort. Twenty + years ago I was diagnosed with C-5/C6 radiculopathy and only occasionally have had discomfort with that. 70 year old male that does a lot of lifting at work.
