General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you are getting pain in the penis due to retraction, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a nephrologist to detect phimosis, paraphimosis, balanitis, posthitis, etc. To get rid of pain you can take Acetaminophen or Combiflam, one SOS when required.

Painful glans may be indicative of inflammation, swelling that may require emergency medical treatment / circumcision or surgery if restricted blood flow to the penis is detected. Do not retract your foreskin in dry condition when you have erection, it may cause pain. Get examined and treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
