I have roto scholiosis in my 4th lumbar region. It's a 12 degree curvature. I have been to a chiropractor several times. I do stretching exercises to maintain flexibility. It's painful and Limits what I can do physically. I want to know what I can do about this pain. There is a shooting pain sometimes and a constant general aches strained feeling like I've been bending over backwards for an hour.
