Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your husbands problem is most likely osteoarthritis of both hip joints. It can be managed by analgesics muscle relaxants if necessary and physiotherapy. But some pain medication will interact with the medicines for heart. So it is better to discuss with your doctor about that.Wishing a fast recovery for your husband.
Let me know if you have any further query.
