How To Treat Pain In The Waist Due To Contusion Of Rib And Muscle?
Was examined by a doctor and he said I had contusion of rib and muscle. I am on anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer for 5 days. I have pain and swelling about the size of my hand at the waist on left side. It is burning and sensitive to touch and cool water. I don t think I am getting better.

If you do not have any history of injury then such pain could be due to some bad posture or age (Not mentioned here) related some functional elements also plays the role behind this, the medicine given to you is okay and continue this, but better try to low the stress, hope this information helps, take care.
