How To Treat Pain That Starts From Hip And Goes Up To The Knee?
Hi, I am aged 63 yrs male having pain in the left knee. Since a month I am getting pain from left hip to knee while walking. Daily I do brisk waalking for about 30 minutes every day in the morning. Can you suggest me what I should do for getting relieved from this pain.
